I have known Gina Baldo for about 6 months in a variety of roles both personally and professionally, but I had yet to... know her as a yoga teacher until this past week. I have been practicing yoga at home and in studio for nearly 16 years and have attended classes in several states. This past week I decided to do Gina’s vinyasa class. It was the best decision I have made in a long time. Gina is a natural leader and a born yogi. I am certain her higher purpose is to help guide, heal, strengthen, and build up those in the community using her skills. Gina not only has an encyclopedia’s amount of knowledge on yoga poses and terms but she is adept in guiding all students through practice while making hands on correction safely and as needed. Gina was able to come up with adaptations for me, as I build my upper body strength, that I have never been given before. Gina was also able to spot some minor alignment fixes I needed to make in the poses I am more comfortable with, which, when made, really increased the value of that pose for my body. Gina is strong but not just physically, she is a strong teacher as well. Her ability to guide the room of students through an interesting and complex flow while modeling the flow and making adjustments comes naturally for her. I am in awe of Gina and encourage everyone to attend a class of hers. You will be blown away as I was. Down to Earth Yoga Studio which happens to be managed by Gina as well, is conveniently located, beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. It also has an ever growing schedule with a ton of amazing teachers. This is the best yoga studio around. You must come check it out for yourself.read more

I've been attending classes at DTE for over year's. It's very convenient for me and every session was fulfilling tome... and my body. I've had several classes with Michelle outdoors (even outside her home) and at Hoplife. We're all so lucky to have Michelle’s commitment to her studio and us! This is one of the best studios in the area. If you haven't attended a class here I urge to do so! Be safe and have a great new year in 2021!read more

Everything is amazing! The energy in the class is refreshing, relaxing & connecting with yourself with such inner peace... is so rewarding. I started going to down to earth yoga studio in Port St. Lucie last week and I was immediately hooked!!. Not only is... the price amazing the people there are just so warm and sweet and caring. It feels like you’ve known them for years already! Just a very comfortable atmosphere. Ive been looking for a great yoga studio to join the family and I think this is it I would definitely recommend this studio as a go to.read more

Awesome place to practice yoga, the studio itself is very home feeling and clean. All the instructors are amazing, Gina... and Cathy with Kundalini is my favorite. All of the instructors are very mindful of teaching you proper breathing techniques and modifications for anything too challenging. This is important for me. A lot of teachers don’t emphasize the importance of breathe THROUGHOUT the entire practice. Their restorative classes are also amazing.read more

I have been taking classes there for 2 months , The instructors all of them are so well educated and explain... everything to you . I love that everyday that i go to yoga i experience new and exciting rituals. They use singing bowls, essential oils, tapping and many other practices. Down To Earth Yoga has helped me with my body , cleared my mind and found my soul. Thank you all for everyday that you teach us .read more

Only went once, but it was a class and atmosphere that will hold the standard in my mind to a stellar yoga experience.... The aromatherapy n energy in the studio was pure peace and deep calm, it couldn't help but change you. The outside world fell off from the 1st 60 seconds in the door and after the most awesome class the 'post yoga buzz' lasted for like 2 days. DEEP restorative experience. Need to get back there.read more
