The Paradox Of Our Age

by the Dalai Lama

We have bigger houses but smaller families:

More conveniences, but less time. We have more degrees, but less sense:

More knowledge,but less judgement.

More Experts,but more problems:

More medicines,but less healthiness:

We’ve been all the way to the moon and back, but have trouble crossing the street to meet the new neighbor.

We built more computers to hold more information to produce more copies than ever, but have less communication:

We have become long on quantity, but short on quality.

These are times of fast food, but slow digestion.

Tall man but short character:

Steep profits but shallow relationships.

It’s a time when there is much in the window, but nothing in the room.

“Its’ not enough to be busy, so are the ants. The question is: What are we busy about?”

Henry David Thoreau

Earth Day

TreeOfLifeAs we celebrate Earth Day take  the time to be thankful for this amazing earth and all its beauty. How can we contribute to helping by keeping this beauty alive ?Look into local communities for several ways to contribute and volunteer to help out. 1 step at a time and with all of us together yes we can make a difference for the future generations. Love and light to Mother Earth!

Thank you!

I was so excited to see the amount of people who joined us for a day of yoga to celebrate the grand opening of the new location! I appreciate each and every one of you who came out to support the studio.
